smooth stay At a great location
helpful staff quick help various options large room
The front office was helpful. Riza assisted with transport and directions very politely. i really appreciated the quick help of Mr Ahmed during checkout. He got a taxi to the airport FAST. Breakfast included many options. It had both hot and cold choices plus an omelette station. i was happy to find the beds VERY comfortable. The rooms were very large and spacious.
The service lifts to the parking area seemed very UNTIDY and inconvenient. I noticed some cockroaches on the staircase.

The hotel benefits from its location, it is only a short, three-minute walk to the metro station for easy access to the city. MANY shops are conveniently located nearby for any immediate needs.

My room was quite spacious, with excellent creek views that i appreciated. I also liked that there were TWO shower rooms and a bathtub inside the apartment , made things easier for my family.

Fantastic stay with great views

Our room had a balcony with a great view of the city skyline.. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh pastries. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff . They upgraded our double room to a full suite upon arrival, a really nice surprise.
The noise from the hallway was quite noticeable at times. Conversations and doors slamming could be heard inside the room.

Our studio included a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave and a mini-fridge, offering convenience. The layout featured a separate seating area with a comfortable sofa and a coffee table. Blackout curtains ensure undisturbed rest.

The front desk provided quick assistance with taxi bookings and directions to local attractions. Housekeeping maintained the room daily with fresh towels and toiletries. We found the staff available at all hours.

The suite included a well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms featured a very large bathtub. I found the location convenient with its proximity to the creek and souks. the metro station was not far away.
I noticed some wear and tear, particularly with the furniture in the living area.

I found the room spacious and comfortable. There were two washrooms available. The city skyline view across the river was awesome. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options available.
The gym access requires using service lifts, not very tidy.

broken shower no hot water
the location was very good for using abras, metro, buses and in an interesting part of that place. all of the staff were helpful and amazing to deal with.
The room i was given had a broken shower and the water was flooding the bathroom after 1 min of running water. i had to wait for almost an hour before i was given another room and i had to cancel my meeting. the replacement room had no hot water at all. The balcony room wasnt closing, so i had to listen to the outside noise all night.
